We're a team of Collections Industry Software Developers, PICK Programmers, &
Front End Website Designers/Developers with more than 60 years of combined experience
working closely with collection agencies of all sizes. We call the Pacific Northwest
home, but we've developed relationships with collection agencies and collections
vendors across the country.
We've been working with collection agencies for years as software developers and
IT professionals, providing custom software applications and outsourced IT support.
During that time we've seen just about every type of reporting solution out there.
We continually experienced clumsy integration with agency websites and collection
software. We saw unprofessional design with no thought or research
given towards user experience or user conversion rates.
We listened to our clients' concerns about using client web reporting software
that was owned by a competing collection agency; they never felt comfortable
with a competing agency potentially having access to their client web accounts.

We were searching for a Client Access option for our clients and after looking at many option we choose to use Zeno Client Data. Before moving to ZCD we had another product that we gave to only a few clients that was not developed for an end user. This frustrated our clients more than helped them and ZCD product fixed that. By being part of the first customer base, we’ve been able to talk with the staff at Zeno Client Data and collaborate on where other products have failed.
